Choosing a username for Veretekk or a URL which will be used to attract leads or customers is a lot of work, and few people spend much time doing it. It is a game of choosing a keyword string of 5 words or less, which have few enough hits per day on Google that YOU have a chance of promoting that string to page one of Google. Many people believe or think that if they are promoting “Go Juice”, that they need to have that name in their keywords. Not so. Who is going to search for something that they have never heard of? Words like health or energy drink might do much better!

My philosophy for the newcomer is to pick a keyword phrase commonly searched for by people doing business on the internet or people looking for your product. I would like to find a phrase of 5 words or less that bring in less than 100 hits per day. The reason for this is that in that event, you have a good chance of driving that phrase to the number one spot on Google.

Secondly, I would like the components of the 5 word or less string to bring in multiple hits per day, but in a focused manner. A student of mine today scored the phrase onlinebusinessworkathome, which for the phrase “online business work at home” gets 19 hits per day on Google with wordtracker. (http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com).

The following phrases yield the following results as individual keywords also found in the keywordphrase:

1- WORK AT HOME.......1800 A focused phrase 2- HOME BUSINESS......1064 A focused phrase 3- ONLINE BUSINESS....268 A focused phrase 4- WORK ONLINE..... 85 A focused phrase 5- BUSINESS AT HOME...43 A focused phrase 6- ONLINE HOME BUSINESS...28 A focused phrase 7-BUSINESS…4871 Good 8-ONLINE…282,655 Not Focused

There are 6 keyword slots in the configuration of a Veretekk portal, and this individual selected the following for those 6 keywords: 1. Online business 2. Work at home 3. Home business 4. Work online 5. Online home business 6. Guy Macri

The first two slots make up the entire phrase and in and of them-selves, drag in a lot of traffic from Google. The rest of the phrases picked are an attempt to FOCUS the keywords to better benefit what this individual was trying to accomplish, and keep within his goals of being able to accomplish page one status on Google. The 6th keyword is the individuals name which needs to be branded.

I think that this individual did an outstanding job on his first try at keyword selection, and, he was able to get the URL domain .com and the Veretekk username to boot.

Leadsomatic , recently re-done by Veretekk will post classified ads free online to 2 Billion sites, and that site count is growing. Leadsomatic is an incredible tool, as it lets you control the title, the title tag, the description and the keywords, just as if you were doing this on your own web site. Guys, and Girls, you have total control over this tool, just as if you were managing your own web site on your own server. It doesn't get any better than that. Let us assume that you are on a campaign to drive traffic to Blastomatic, , a program used to post classified ads free online to 12 million sites.

First, you would log on to your Leadsomatic system, enter your username and password and give your classified ads a name. You would then press the continue button. You will be presented with a new screen, showing first, your classified ads name. The next placeholder is titled Ad Title: This is where you enter your keywords, and Butch Hamilton the SEO Guru says to use the pipe. That is the vertical bar, which is on the keyboard using the shift key just above the enter key"|". An example entry for our promotion of Blastomatic would be: |Home based business leads|.

The next entry is Website URL: Here we would enter: the url for Blastomatic. The next field is Category: Here you would select an appropriate category from the dropdown box provided. Finally there are 6 keyword entry fields. I have filled them out as shown below:

You are writing and submitting classified ads online for the search engine spiders in order to build internet popularity for you website, by building backlinks to your Blastomatic site, using specific keywords for that particular website and to brand your name! The keywords that you display here are also found on your Blastomatic website. Advertising does not work for internet home based business sales!
